That heifer was really mooo-ving.
A cow that escaped from its trailer on a highway outside Atlanta stopped traffic for over an hour until it was corralled.
According to the Dunwoody Police Department, the incident occurred around 9 a.m. Saturday morning on 1-285 when the cow fell out of its trailer and started running down the road.
After officers, with an assist from a motorist with some rope, were able to capture the cow safely, they were able to reunite it with its owner in short order.
“Chasing people is a norm for officers. However, chasing cows on the interstate… not so much,” the department wrote on Facebook.
