Saskatoon police were called to a pedestrian collision involving a train at 20th Street and Avenue I.
The collision occurred at roughly 5:21 p.m. CT on Thursday. There’s no word yet on injuries.
The train is currently stopped across 20th Street.
Several train crossing arms at intersections in the area have activated automatically. The Canadian Pacific Police Service is working on having these raised as soon as possible.
Saskatoon police are asking motorists to avoid the area as they investigate the pedestrian collision.
