'Rapist told police about sex attack on "disgusted" pal even after she said no'

A rapist gave police a disturbing account of how he raped his best friend even as she said no and told him to stop, it is claimed. Jonathan Logue allegedly assaulted the woman – who he says was his ex – after going to lie down at a house in Wichita Falls, Texas, on Sunday morning.

Logue said that he began touching and sexually assaulting the victim without her consent, according to an arrest report. He said he asked the woman if she wanted him to stop, and that she had nodded ‘Yes,’ while also saying ‘No’ and ‘Stop’, it was said.

The suspected sex attacker said he could see a disgusted expression on the woman’s face while he carried out the alleged assault.

After police arrived at the home, Logue is said to have told them: ‘raped my best friend. I just raped my best friend.

‘I did not stop. I do not know why I did not stop. I was stupid. I continued to touch her.’

Police subsequently questioned the woman, who is said to have told them that she has Asperger’s syndrome, and that she did not consent to sex with Logue.

Logue claimed the attack began after he felt unwell, and went to lie down. He said he began touching the woman after she lay down beside him, according to police.

He has now been charged with sexual assault, and remains in jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bond, according to KJTL.
