SINGAPORE – After months of battling a choked waste system which caused foul smells, some residents of a Bidadari Build-To-Order (BTO) project are beginning to breathe easy again.
The pneumatic waste conveyance system has been switched on again for half of them, while the other half are still relying on manual rubbish collection.
