SINGAPORE – Since our youngest son J, seven, started Primary 1 this year, our main concern as parents has been whether he has made any friends.
As the weeks progressed, we were reassured. J was able to name the new friends he made, besides those who joined him from kindergarten last year. Based on what he tells us about them, there is a mix of gender and race.
