SINGAPORE – Schools and students are now better prepared for home-based learning (HBL) after the lessons learnt during the circuit breaker a year ago, school principals told The Straits Times.
Despite being notified only on Sunday (May 16), schools had processes in place and could tap on previous experience to roll out plans this time, they added.
