The businessman who organised the fatal crash involving footballer Emiliano Sala has been found guilty of endangering the safety of an aircraft.
David Henderson, 67, was convicted by a majority jury verdict of 10 to two at Cardiff Crown Court on Thursday.
The Argentine striker was on board a plane which crashed off Alderney in January 2019, having agreed to join Cardiff City from Nantes.
He sent a message while on board the private plane voicing fears about the safety of the flight.
