As energy costs go “through the roof”, Andrew Large of the Confederation of Paper Industries told BBC Radio 4 that desperate firms are now “passing on costs to consumers”. With no cap on business energy costs, he said an emergency measure is needed to ensure “very, very important industries [can] operate”.
