Speaking on her Spotify podcast series, Archetypes, Meghan Markle claimed that Lilibet had started walking. However, on a recent episode of Royally Us, hosts Christine Ross and Christina Garibaldi noticed that a few months prior to the Duchess of Sussex’s comment, Prince Harry had already mentioned that Lilibet had already reached the developmental milestone, leading them to point this out as “another one of these little holes”.

Ms Garibaldi said: “Meghan said that Lili started walking.

“Even though Harry said back in April she started walking.

“So another one of these little holes in the stories.”

Ms Ross seemingly defended Meghan by stating that this could be something “a lot of parents can relate to”, adding that a child can “take a step and then you don’t see it again for a few weeks”.

Ms Ross added: “This is what came to my mind, when they take two steps and then they never walk again.”

She added that Meghan “likes to share these little tidbits” of her “normal family life”.

Speaking of  the episode, Ms Garibaldi stated that Meghan spoke about how she starts each day by making Harry, Archie and Lili’s breakfast, adding that it is something that she “loves” to do.

Meghan shares that she is awake with Lili first and is joined by her son, and husband, a little while later.

She said: “I’m sure it’ll only get more chaotic as they get older.

“But for me, it’s, you know, both monitors on for the kids to hear them, always up with Lili, get her downstairs, then a half hour later, Archie’s up.

“I start doing his lunchbox right before he’s up while I have her, getting her a little nibble. My husband’s helping me get him downstairs.”

Meghan and Harry are now based in California after stepping down as working royals in 2020.

They move to the US with their son in March 2020 before welcoming their daughter in June 2021.

In her recent interview with The Cut, the 41-year-old described their home as “healing”.

In their official statement to announce they were to step down, the couple declared that they wished to “work to become financially independent”.

They claimed that their decision came “after many months of reflection and internal discussions”.
