A body language expert told Us Weekly that Prince Harry and William “may have had coaching” before their joint appearance at the unveiling of the Princess Diana statue. Body language expert Blanca Cobb said that public figures will typically get “body language training before major events” and she would not be surprised if Harry and William received coaching. Molly Mulshine, a royal commentator for Us Weekly, said that “it certainly looked like they had had a little bit of coaching from a body language expert”.

Last week, the Dukes of Cambridge and Sussex united to unveil a statue of their late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales.

Prince William and Prince Harry came together for the ceremony in Kensington Palace’s redesigned Sunken Garden, on what would have been their mother’s 60th birthday.

They said that “every day we wish she were still with us,” adding: “We remember her love, strength and character.”

Ms Cobb broke down Prince Harry and William’s physical communication during their reunion.

Ms Mulshine said: “It certainly looked like they had had a little bit of coaching from a body language expert.

“Because their previous appearances looked a lot frostier.

“I was wondering if you think they maybe made a conscious effort to look as close as possible?”

Ms Cobb responded: “Public figures will get body language training before major events, so it’s possible.

“But also there is time and distance from whatever has happened in the past. So time can help heal. I’m not saying it’s completely over though.”

One source told Us Weekly that William and Harry put their differences aside and reconnected ahead of the ceremony.

A source said: “William and Harry spent the morning before the statue unveiling looking through old keepsakes, notes from Diana, and bonding.”

The source added: “They have absolutely turned a new page in their relationship and have started the healing.

“Everyone around them was thrilled to see how close they were on the day of the statue unveiling.”

Another insider told Us Weekly that Kate Middleton has been working behind the scenes on reconnecting her husband and Harry.

Kate has also “reached out to Meghan a lot more since Lilibet was born” in the hopes of “building up a relationship”.
