Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had a busy schedule last week as they visited New York for a string of engagements. As part of their trip, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex visited the One World Trade Center on Thursday.
During their visit to the observatory, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were joined by New York City mayor Bill de Blasio and Governor of New York State Kathy Hochul.
The couple also paid tribute to the victims of the September 11 attacks by visiting the city’s memorial.
And although the couple’s children were not present as they attended engagements in New York, Prince Harry still paid a special tribute to his son on the trip.
While visiting the One World Trade Center, Harry was seen holding a laptop case.
Upon closer inspection, the case had an adorable inscription that read: ‘Archie’s Papa’.
Along with their One World Trade Center visit, Meghan and Harry had a busy calendar of meetings elsewhere in the city last week.
The couple visited the United Nations in New York on Saturday, where they met the UN Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed.
Following the engagement, Meghan told reporters that “it was a lovely meeting” as they left the UN headquarters.
The couple also attended the Global Citizen Live concert later on Saturday, which was held in New York’s iconic Central Park.
The concert aimed to highlight the need to tackle climate change, as well as urge rich countries to share Covid vaccines with other nations in need.
Vaccine equity is a cause close to Meghan and Harry’s hearts, and it is an issue they aim to assist through their charity Archewell.

The visit to New York marked the Sussexes’ first joint engagement since welcoming their second child this summer.
Harry and Meghan’s daughter, Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, was born in June.
Lilibet’s name is a sweet tribute to the Queen, who has been known by the nickname of Lilibet since childhood.
Their baby’s middle name of Diana was also chosen to honour Harry’s late mother, Princess Diana.
When Lilibet Diana’s name was announced earlier this year, the Sussexes said their daughter will be known as ‘Lili’.
A statement said: “Lili is named after her great-grandmother, Her Majesty the Queen, whose family nickname is Lilibet.
“Her middle name, Diana, was chosen to honour her beloved late grandmother, the Princess of Wales.”
