Prince George joined his mum and dad for the exciting game, which saw England finally beat long-time rivals Germany 2-0. The young royal, seven, wore an adorable suit and tie, and his mum Kate was seen to keep a watching eye over her son during the tense match. A video taken during the match by sports agent Dave Gardner shows Kate leaning in to speak with George during the Euro 2020 game.
Kate, wearing a striking red Zara blazer with gold button detail, was captured chatting to her son as they sit in the royal box at Wembley stadium.
Prince George was in a matching outfit to his dad Prince William.
Both wore stripy ties, light shirts and a dark suit.
Fans were delighted to see the young royal attend the match and stand to attention during the national anthem.
HELLO Royal Editor Emily Nash described it as a “big moment” for George.
But some fans said the young royal didn’t appear to be overly enthusiastic about singing God Save The Queen’.
One person wrote on Twitter: “I love how Prince George was so obviously not singing for Great Granny.”
