Kate discussed the huge challenges faced on a daily basis by midwives and nurses around the world in a poignant interview she led. The Duchess of Cambridge spoke with Harriet Nayiga, founder and director of the Uganda-based charity Midwife-led Community Transformation.
Ms Nayiga, whose organisation work to bridge the gap between midwives and Ugandan communities, spoke about the pressure experienced by people in her profession – which has been only exacerbated during the coronavirus pandemic.
