Meghan Markle and Harry: Tom Bradby discusses royal couple
And royal commentator Angela Levin has said rather than complaining, they should be thankful for their new-found freedom away from the limelight. Meghan and Harry – and infant son Archie – now live in California having relinquished their royal duties in a decision which is said to have left a rift with the Queen and Harry’s brother Prince William.

Mr Bradby discussed the difficult situation during his appearance on ITV’s Love Your Weekend today.
However, Ms Levin, author of the book Harry: Conversations with the Prince, was unimpressed, taking to social media to share her cynicism.
She tweeted: “Harry and Meghan dislike the press but pick Tom Bradby or Omid Scobie when they want to be seen as victims.

“They should be grateful for finding the freedom they yearned for.”
One Twitter user replied: “It’s just constant PR all the time.
“If they really cared they would be speaking to their families not constantly bleating to the press and releasing their feelings through a journalist!!”
Another added: “Angela it’s all about the fans. It’s obvious. They are so desperate they have to resort to the victim, poor me card.

“So are they unhappy? No, I think they are content, the things they are doing they are quite excited by.”
Mr Bradby famously exposed the gulf which exists between Harry and elder brother William in an interview in 2019 in which the Duke of Sussex admitted the pair were on “different paths”.
The journalist and friend of the Sussexes said: ”Well, just the situation with the family clearly isn’t ideal and it has been a very difficult year for them all.
“To some extent I felt a little bit caught in the middle of them with that documentary which is a deeply uncomfortable place to be and that is, in a way, why I am always reluctant to say anything more because I don’t want to make anything worse or get in between anything or anything like that.
Asked whether Meghan and Harry were unhappy, he said: “No, I don’t think that’s right, I think they are pretty happy actually, but I think they wrestle with their position in life – I think they all do.
“I think William does too. I don’t think he finds it easy.”
Since moving the US, the pair have signed deals worth more than £100million, including one with streaming giant Netflix.
In addition, last month marked the soft launch of the website for their non-profit organisation Archewell, with Harry and Meghan setting them elves the ambitious target of “building a better world”.
