The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who are already parents to two-year-old Archie, are expecting a daughter in the summer. And royal expert Nick Bullen said he is sure the royals will welcome the new addition “with open arms” despite ongoing tensions with Harry and Meghan, who are living in California after quitting royal duties.

Mr Bullen, editor in chief of True Royal TV, told Us Weekly: “I am sure the Royal Family will welcome the new baby with open arms.

“A new life is often a great way to help try and repair the rifts in any family, royal or not.”

Harry and Meghan revealed they were expecting a little girl in the summer during their bombshell Oprah Winfrey interview.

The couple also made a series of damaging claims about the royals in the tell-all interview, which aired in March.

Harry has gone on to lash out at his family during an appearance on the Armchair Expert podcast and in his documentary series on mental health, The Me You Can’t See.

During their TV interview with Winfrey, the Sussexes revealed they are expecting a baby girl.

Harry proudly said: “Amazing. Just grateful.

“To have any child, any one or any two, would have been amazing.

“But to have a boy and then a girl, what more can you ask for.

“We’ve got our family – the four of us and our two dogs.”

The couple also confirmed they were “done” with two children.

And former actress Meghan revealed their little girl is due in the “summertime”.
