A new, groundbreaking clip from the much-anticipated interview of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex has been released earlier today. In the 30-second teaser, Meghan is speaking about Buckingham Palace and appears to be discussing the possibility of it “perpetuating falsehoods.
In the clip, US journalist Oprah asks Meghan: “How do you feel about the palace hearing you speak your truth today?”
To which the Duchess of Sussex replies: “I don’t know how they could expect that after all of this time we would still just be silent if there is an active role that The Firm is playing in perpetuating falsehoods about us.
“And if that comes with the risk of losing things – there’s a lot that has been lost already.”
