Millie Mackintosh reflects on friendship with Meghan Markle
Meghan Markle was spotted wearing a one-of-a-kind necklace worth more than £2,000 with a hidden special meaning.
The Duchess of Sussex looked cool as she appeared in an Instagram snap alongside her friend Myka Harris, wearing a black tank top and a personalised gold pendant during a birthday outing.
The picture was captioned: “Belated bday celebrations w/ these lovely muses.”
In the picture, Meghan – who was celebrating her 42nd birthday – was seen wearing an Ariel Gordon Imperial Disc Pendant Necklace.
The piece, with a price that ranges between £1,440 and £2,005, can be engraved with a special name or phrase – dependent on what the wearer wishes.

It can also be accessorised with three diamonds.
Though it is not obvious what Meghan has inscribed on the necklace, it appears to be engraved.
Among the possible people the pendant’s message could nod towards is Archie and Lilibet – her two children – whom Meghan has immortalised through other personalised jewellery.

Celebrity hair colourist Kadi Lee was also pictured with Meghan on her birthday. She is the brains behind the beauty and wellness brand Highbrow Hippie with Harris.
Others to be tagged in the photograph were Serge Normant – the famous hair stylist who modelled the Duchess of Sussex’s hair for her 2018 wedding to Prince Harry.
Meghan has made a number of appearances on the Highbrow Hippie Instagram page, including back in May when she was pictured alongside Kelly McKee Zajfen, inviting social media users to buy T-shirts to support the charity.
It said: “Meghan and Kelly…beautiful brunettes, beautiful friends, beautiful mamas.”
Lee is well known within the industry and recently helped colour Meghan’s hair ahead of the Ms Foundation Women of Vision Awards.
The stylist – who has previously worked the likes of Hollywood megastar Julia Roberts – shared her own picture of the Duke and Duchess when Meghan was honoured with a Women of Vision award.
It is unclear whose birthday the gang was marking, with both Meghan and Lee’s milestones just days apart.
As well as the lunch, Meghan also enjoyed a special viewing of the new Barbie film for her birthday.
