Pippa, Kate Middleton’s sister, has in recent years reclined from the public eye. She shot to fame following Kate’s royal wedding in 2011 when her outfit stole the show. In the succeeding years, Pippa was the most sought after person in the media.
Television shows wanted her for an exclusive interview, glossy magazines offered her tantalising contracts, and NBC News even reportedly wanted to give her a presenting slot.
According to reports in 2012, Pippa was offered to appear on the Oprah Winfrey show in a deal purported to be worth £300,000.
However, she declined, “on instruction from the palace” according to Vogue magazine.
Pippa did take up columns in The Spectator and Vanity Fair.

In a 2014 piece for The Spectator, Pippa revealed the time her brother, James Middleton, embarrassed her so much she was forced to hide from her friends and family.
It came during a cricket match when the pair were in school and James kept on being “no-balled” much to Pippa’s dismay.
She explained: “On Saturday afternoons, after rounders matches, I’d go off to watch my brother playing cricket.
“I recall one match when he got the yips trying to bowl spin, and kept being no-balled.

“He gave away so many runs that his team eventually lost the match.
“I was so embarrassed that, rather than rallying to his support, I hid behind the scoreboard and missed out on match tea. Family, eh?”
The Middleton’s are known to be sport-orientated.
In 2014, Pippa and James completed a cycle race across the US.

Sister Kate, although busier now with royal duties, was a dedicated athlete in her younger days.
On top of skiing, as a student she was involved in rowing, swimming, and tennis.
After meeting Prince William in university, the future queen consort is said to have taken up an interest in rugby, William’s sport of choice.
Earlier this year, before lockdown, Kate took part in a SportsAid event with British athletes.
And, in 2013, she was filmed playing volleyball at the Olympic Park in heels.
Meanwhile, the last time Pippa took centre-stage was in 2017 during her wedding to James Matthews.
She made a brief appearance in 2018 after the birth of her son, Arthur Michael William Matthews, in 2018.
