On Instagram, the Princess turned public speaker, designer and consultant made a sweet nod to Prince Harry as she shared a funny video of her on stage making the audience laugh at the NOscars. The mother of three lost her title after divorcing Prince Louis of Luxembourg in 2019.

The pair has two children, Prince Gabriel of Nassau, 15, and Prince Noah of Nassau, 13.

Princess Tessy remarried in 2021 to Swiss businessman Frank Floessel and gave birth to a son, Theodor Frank Floessel, on August 26.

An annual event known as the Oscars for Social Change organised by NAZ Project London, the NOscars, were attended by Prince Harry and Princess Tessy in 2016.

According to NAZ, the annual black-tie celebration throws a spotlight on the HIV epidemic in order to increase HIV awareness and knowledge and to speak out against HIV stigma, homophobia and intersectional inequality.

“I am just being me, even on stage,” wrote Tessy on Instagram.

“This video was taken by my husband at the Oscars for Social Change in London known as the NOscars.

“Championing minority groups.

“I have been the guest of honour and speaker for two years in a row along with my dear friend, fellow advocate and inspiration HRH Prince Harry.”

Back in 2016, Prince Harry visited NAZ Project London and was even photographed as he was getting tested for HIV at the Burrell Street Sexual Health Clinic.

Before him, in the mid-80s, his mother Lady Diana used her popularity to change attitudes to AIDS while the disease was vilified.

In April 1987, Princess Diana opened the UK’s first purpose-built HIV/Aids unit that exclusively cared for patients infected with the virus, at London Middlesex Hospital, as reported by the BBC.

In front of the world’s media, Princess Diana shook the hand of a man suffering from the illness.

She did so without gloves, publicly challenging the notion that HIV/Aids was passed from person to person by touch.

She showed in a single gesture that this was a condition needing compassion and understanding, not fear and ignorance.
