Saudi Arabian Royal Family member Prince Khalid Abdullah has died at the age of 84, it has been confirmed.

The businessman’s death was confirmed by his Juddmonte Farms operation on Tuesday.

Prince Khalid, like Queen Elizabeth II, 94, was a keen racehorse owner and breeder and  bred dual Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe winner Enable and the great Frankel.

His death was confirmed in a   Juddmonte Farms tweet which read:  “It is with great sadness that Juddmonte announces the death of His Highness Prince Khalid bin Abdullah.

“He died peacefully on Tuesday 12th January 2021.”

The cause of his death has not been confirmed.
