Princess Diana “loved shocking” people with her unexpected sense of humour, according to a former royal chef. Darren McGrady was a personal chef for the late Princess of Wales during the last four years of her life. On his YouTube channel, he recalled a funny memory including Prince William.
Mr McGrady told viewers: “She never missed anything.
“She cared about all of her team she really did.
“She had a real risky sense of humour.”
The former Kensington Palace chef continued: “That day when I walked into the kitchen and opened the fridge.
“There right in front of me was a birthday cake for Prince William.
“She loved that risky thing, she loved shocking.
“It was William’s birthday and I think he went bright red when he saw this cake.
“But that was just typical of the princess.”
