Queen’s beloved corgis are ‘thriving’ says Sarah Ferguson as she issues message

Sarah Ferguson has paid tribute to Queen Elizabeth II with a heart-warming update on the late Queen’s beloved corgis who she was entrusted to care for showing them “thriving” in a wonderful photograph.

The 63-year-old, who was known to have been a favourite of the Queen, posted on Instagram: “As we mourn a year on, we also celebrate the wonderful times we shared with Her Late Majesty the Queen.

“She entrusted me with the care of her corgis Sandy and Muick and I am delighted to say they are thriving.”

The King and Queen have marked the first anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II’s death with a poignant moment of prayers and reflection in the church where she worshipped.

Charles and Camilla travelled to Crathie Kirk to commemorate the life and service of the former monarch who reigned for 70 years before dying peacefully at her Balmoral home on September 8 last year.
