Royal wedding: Meghan Markle’s baby Archie ‘unlikely’ to attend Gabriella’s big day

Gabriella, 38, is marrying her financier boyfriend Thomas Kingston, 40, at St George’s Chapel, the third royal wedding in a year. The Queen will lead members of the Royal Family attending the ceremony which begins at noon. New parents Meghan and Harry are not expected to make an appearance, but if they do little Archie is “unlikely” to join them, according to royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams.

The tot was born last week on Monday May 6 and is not yet two weeks old.

Prince Louis, who was born last April, did not join Prince William and Kate at Meghan and Harry’s wedding weeks later in May.

Buckingham Palace said other members of the royal family would join the Queen at Gabriella’s wedding but they have not yet been revealed.

William, who is president of the Football Association, might skip the family occasion due to the due to the FA Cup final between Manchester City and Watford this evening.

Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank could return to their wedding venue for Gabriella’s big day.

The couple married at the 15-century Windsor chapel in a spectacular ceremony back in October.

Gabriella and Thomas attended the Duchess of Cambridge’s sister Pippa Middleton’s nuptials in 2017.

Pippa and her husband James Matthews are likely to return the favour and be guests today, although their son Arthur, who was born last October, could stay at home.

Gabriella, who is known as Ella, is the daughter of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent and 52nd in line to the throne.

Thomas proposed to her last August during a holiday on the Isle of Sark and the news was shared by Buckingham Palace a month later.

Not a working royal, Gabriella is an arts and travel director for brand company Branding Latin America, based in Knightsbridge, London.

Thomas. is a director of Devonport Capital, which specialises in providing finance for companies in “frontier economies”.
