A two-year-old boy who went missing with his mum a year ago has been found.
Toddler Emmanuel Biendarra was thought to have been taken abroad at the end of last year by his mum, 34-year-old Kristina Nobis.
His parents are separated and he was living with his dad in Kent when he vanished.
Mr Justice Peel, who is based in the family division of the High Court in London, is currently overseeing private hearings about Emmanuel.
The judge made an urgent appeal to help find Emmanuel last month.
And at a hearing yesterday he confirmed Emmanuel had been found in Germany and was back in the UK.
The boy lived with his dad under court orders, and it has been agreed he could see his mum for the weekend of November 30 and December 1, 2019.
But at the end of the weekend, Emmanuel was not returned.
He was thought to have been in Germany, Switzerland, Austria or other parts of Central Europe with his mum, who is a German national.
Justice Peel previously ruled Emmanuel could be identified in media reports, and asked anyone with information to contact the police.
