Zara Tindall has given birth to a new royal child, her husband Mike confirmed. The former sports star made the baby announcement on his podcast, ‘The Good, the Bad and the Rugby’. He also shared the first bonding activity he did with his first son.

Mike told his co-hosts: “The best thing about being at home was as soon as he’s wrapped up, skin on skin, straight downstairs.

“TV room, put the golf on.

“I was like, ‘this is what you and me are doing’.

“There was actually a ridiculously old rugby game on.”

The royal son-in-law added: “Oh yes, it was Bath vs Wigan.

“I was like, ‘right we’re going to stick that on first’.

“I said, ‘Right we’ll watch a bit of that’.

“Then I went to the final day of the golf.”
