While the rest of Britain braces itself for Boris Johnson's right-wing government taking over, the newly ex-Prime Minister was photographed at Lord's cricket ground.
Also spotted with Mrs May were former chief of staff Gavin Barwell and ex-ministers David Gauke and Greg Clark.
Both Gauke and Clark left their government jobs yesterday.
She gave Johnson's first moments at the despatch box as Prime Minister a miss.
Which is just as well as he spent a fair proportion of his opening speech tearing her Brexit deal to pieces.
Wearing her trademark Frida Kahlo bracelet and a large-beaded necklace, Mrs May smiled as she was handed a drink garnished with a lemon slice in a shaded area of the ground.
Just last week, Mrs May hosted a reception at Downing Street to congratulate the men's one-day cricket team for lifting the World Cup after a dramatic finale against New Zealand.
