Civil rights icon Congressman John Lewis dies at home at 80 after receiving care for cancer – The Sun

CIVIL rights icon John Lewis has died at the age of 80, reports claim.

The Georgia congressman passed away on Friday in Atlanta after receiving hospice care to treat pancreatic cancer.

Daily Beast reported the news of Lewis' death on Twitter late Friday night.
