A video of Meghan Markle seemingly being taught royal etiquette by Prince Harry during a public event has resurfaced after she bravely spoke out about the struggles she faced in the Royal Family.
Last month, the Duchess of Sussex claimed to Oprah Winfrey that she was not given any advice on how to conduct herself as a duchess and received no formal training prior to joining the most famous family in the world.
During the bombshell interview, she said: "There were certain things that you couldn't do.
"But, you know, unlike what you see in the movies, there's no class on how to speak, how to cross your legs, how to be royal.
"There's none of that training. That might exist for other members of the family. That was not something that was offered to me."
Meghan also said she Googled the national anthem and learned various hymns "late at night" ahead of a televised service as she didn't "want to embarrass them".
Since the interview aired, a clip from 2019 of Meghan attending the Trooping the Colour ceremony with Harry has been doing the rounds on TikTok.
In the clip, the former Suits actress turns around to her husband twice while standing next to Prince Andrew on the balcony.
She appears to ask him questions but Harry whispers to her and she quickly faces the front, looking stone cold.
According to lip reader Tina Lannin, speaking to the Sun in 2019, the prince said: "No he hasn't. Oh fine. Turn around."
Just as he says this, the national anthem begins playing which perhaps indicates that he is telling her to stand to attention just in time before the music begins.
The video was initially posted by a royal fan account in January but has attracted thousands of views and comments since the Oprah interview aired.
One wrote: "She looks so sad, uncomfortable and embarrassed."
Another commented: "So glad they can just be who they are now."
“Aww Meghan, I love that brave girl,” a third said.
While a fourth added: "It's royal protocol, what's the big deal?"
