El Chapo’s beauty queen wife WILL join VH1 reality show Cartel Crew to spill the beans after Mexican drug boss caged – The Sun

EL CHAPO’s beauty queen wife will appear on TV reality show Cartel Crew to spill the beans about life with the Mexican drug lord.

Notorious Joaquín Guzmán’s stunning missus Emma Coronel Aispuro, 30, will appear on Season 2 of VH1's docu-series, which follows the lives of cartel family members.

Aispuro, a former beauty queen, is set to open up "about her life after El Chapo and her upcoming business venture," according to VH1.

She meets on her yacht with the youngest son of Griselda Blanco, who is infamously known as "Cocaine Godmother”, in a sneak-peek clip.

Blanco recalled a conversation with Aispuro's attorney ahead of their meet-up.

He said: "She goes, 'We would like to meet with you about business.'"

Guzmán, 62, the ruthless former kingpin of Mexico's Sinaloa drug cartel, was convicted in February of trafficking hundreds of tons of cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine and marijuana to the United States. He was caged for life.

Aispuro was a regular spectator through more than two months of testimony during her husband's trial. She shares eight-year-old twin daughters Emali and Maria with Guzmán.

She is scheduled to make her first appearance on "Cartel Crew" next week.

Cartel Crew depicts the lives of eight reality stars with deep family ties to the drug world as they work to make a name for themselves outside crime.

Aispuro married El Chapo in 2007. She was born on July 3, 1989, in California, US, and is believed to have got married on her 18th birthday.

Thee American beauty is a former beauty queen who often shares pictures of herself online.

She is the daughter of Inés Coronel Barreras, a cattle rancher, and Blanca Estela Aispuro Aispuro.

Her rancher father is said to have cultivated marijuana and opium poppies and her uncle is slain drug kingpin Igancio "Nacho" Coronel, an important member of the Sinaloa Cartel and one of El Chapo's most trusted men.

Aispuro is scheduled to make “several appearances” on Cartel Crew.

'FELL IN LOVE'

El Chapo is said to have fallen in love with her when he saw her at a beauty pageant in the Mexican state of Durango in 2007.

El Chapo, 47 at the time wooed Aispuro who eventually married him on her 18th birthday.

In an interview with the LA Times she said: "I would say what won me over was his way of talking, how he treated me, the way we began to get along – first as friends and from that came everything else.

"He tends to win over people by his manner of being, of acting, the way he treats people in general."

Serial prison escapee Guzman will spend the rest of his days locked up in the US, after a judge sentenced him to life in prison, plus 30 years, on July 17.

The drugs kingpin will be caged in a "supermax" prison in Florence, Colorado, which is so secure and so remote that it has been dubbed the "Alcatraz of the Rockies".

JAILED FOR LIFE

After an 11-week trial, a US jury in February found Guzman guilty of trafficking tons of cocaine, heroin and marijuana and engaging in murder conspiracies as a leader of the Sinaloa Cartel, one of Mexico's most treacherous drug trafficking groups.

US District Judge Brian Cogan has ordered Guzman to forfeit $12.6billion.

He also said Guzman deserved the harshest sentence possible because any potentially redeeming qualities were overshadowed by "overwhelming evil."

We told last week how a brave cop who arrested El Chapo’s son – sparking a bloody cartel firefight – has been shot 155 times in a brutal car park execution.

Video footage shows the moment a red car, driven by gangsters, follows a white car into a shopping centre in Mexico, before two gunmen ambush the officer.

Eduardo, 32, joined the force six years ago. It is unclear if the cop was on duty at the time of the attack although he was reportedly carrying a gun with him.

But according to local media, the murdered man was a member of the operation launched by the Culiacan authorities to arrest El Chapo's sonand extradite him to America.
