Controversial star the 'Liver King' made a name for himself eating nothing but raw organs, and is encouraging others to adopt his way of life.
Brian Johnson calls himself the "CEO of the ancestral lifestyle" and regularly posts to Instagram and Twitter to share his bizarre diet with fans – despite concerns for his well-being.
Now the internet sensation has once again taken to social media to share a video of a recent trip to visit the Hadza people in Tanzania, where he was filmed eating an animal heart while surrounded by members of the tribe and their dogs.

Captioning the post he said: "I always say 'what we do trumps what we say'… and I can confirm this primitive culture tribe devours all the goodness of the entire beast – including the Liver, Heart, Pancreas, Spleen, Kidney, Blood, Bones, and more.
"It’s no coincidence these are some of the happiest, healthiest, and most energetic people I have ever encountered."
Councils banned from using everyday words like 'mum' and 'dad' thanks to new rule
But followers weren't convinced by the diet when they noticed the King's muscular physique didn't match the tribe, who he claimed shared a very similar diet to his own.
"Weird how they live like you yet aren't absolutely fucking massive. All natural tho mate yea," one critic wrote.
Another said: "Is this the tribe that has a life expectancy of 45 years?"
This isn't the first time his diet – and how "natural" his look is – has been called into question.
Early on his rise to fame after he joined social media in August 2021, the meat-eating muscle man made headlines when commentator Joe Rogan slammed him on a podcast episode, claiming he was taking steroids to achieve his impressive figure.
Rogan unflatteringly called the eating habits a "gimmick," adding: "he has got an ass filled with steroids, is what that guy’s got."
Fighting back, Johnson retaliated that he "doesn’t touch the stuff", but said he was grateful to Rogan for "bringing me into his ecosystem" and even offered to appear on his podcast in the future.
Johnson similarly made headlines this earlier this week when he challenged former two-weight UFC champion Conor McGregor to a stomach-churning liver eating contest.
The brawny carnivore hit out at McGregor after claims he was trying to imitate the sportsman.

Taking to Instagram once again, the Liver King posted a video showing him devouring mystery shots along with the caption: "I’d like to take this chance to apologise… to absolutely f***ing nobody. Last time I checked, the name is Liver King because LIVER… IS… KING!
"You should know this crown is motherf***ing bolted to Liver King’s head… it’s going to take one helluva savage to remove it.
"If you’re game to try, by all means, practice what you preach @thenotoriousmma … until then, you can call me Liver King."
