Messy tenants leave so much rubbish in home the floor can barely be seen

A horrified landlord had to call in specialist help to clear out a filthy property that had been left with so much mess by tenants that the floor couldn’t even be seen.

Rubbish, litter and waste coated the floor of the home in Swansea – and a family of rats had moved in to set up house among the junk.

And the offensive mess wasn’t the only think to cause a stink for the landlord.

His tenants are said to have done a runner while still owing rent, leaving the owner out of pocket both for rent and for the cleaning costs of the disaster zone left behind.

WalesOnline revealed that deep clean specialist Dan Baker was called in by the despairing landlord after he unlocked the door of his property to find an unimaginable level of mess.

Footage shared from the scene shows empty drink bottles strewn across a floor alongside empty food packaging and other rubbish.

A cream sofa is seen in desperate need of a clean as the devastating mess makes the living room floor impossible to see.

Trash is strewn throughout the property which appears to have been used as one giant rubbish bin by the former tenants.

A filthy bathroom is seen with mess and empty toilet rolls scattered all over the floor.
