Cop killer Dale Cregan has been moved into a maximum-security psychiatric hospital where he bragged about “getting ripped” and “making pizza”.
Drug lord Cregan, 37, who only has one eye, murdered police officers Fiona Bone, 32, and Nicola Hughes, 23, in September 2012 in Hattersley, Greater Manchester.
He was hiding out while on the run for the murders of Mark Short, 23, and his dad David, 46.
Cregan has been moved out of top security Full Sutton in York back to Ashworth Hospital in Merseyside.
He was recently escorted under armed guard on the 100-mile trip, the Daily Mirror reports.
He once wrote a letter to a pal from Ashworth in 2016 boasting of making pizza without a knife and playing pool.
He even wrote about “paddling in a kayak” in a swimming pool during his last stint at the top security hospital where Moors Murderer Ian Brady used to live.
Cregan said: “I’m good bro just smashing the gym and playing snooker you know how it goes.
“Been doin pure circuits on the ward. You know you got your a**e kicked at snooker and tennis you had me at the kayaking tho bro (ha ha).”
He added: “I just train hard and come back to the ward and either do a bit on the ward or just chill in my room.

He was apparently so paranoid about being poisoned he lived off Pot Noodles and chocolate, leaving the ex-body builder flabby and bloated.
It is believed he was put in solitary confinement after a phone and drugs were found in his cell.
But late in 2013 after a hunger strike lasting several months, he was judged to be mentally ill following a psychological assessment and moved for a while to Ashworth.
But in 2018 he was declared sane and moved back to mainstream prisons, ending up in Manchester then Full Sutton again.
During one of his last stints at Manchester he spent some time on their hospital wing.

While behind bars there, fellow inmates reportedly stole his black onyx glass eye which he took out in the showers so he could wash his face and socket.
Cregan claims he lost his eye in a punch-up with police in Thailand but it later emerged it was plucked out with a knife.
But the drug dealer didn’t want fellow gangsters to know he had been tortured.
At the Manchester prison, he spent much of his time behind bars in solitary confinement for causing trouble.
Prior to his imprisonment, the gangster was involved in serious organised crime across Greater Manchester.

Ian Hanson, chairman of the Greater Manchester Police Federation, said after he was jailed: “I have no problem whatsoever with the thought of him staring through one eye at a locked cell door wondering what kind of life he is missing and after he has stopped being a drain on society he can rot in hell.
“Dale Cregan wanted to be a big man, a hero. He has completely failed to become anything like that.
“Contrast that with what Nicola and Fiona leave us. Their legacy is one of decency, humanity, compassion and public service and they will never be forgotten.”
For Cregan to be transferred to hospital, he would need the backing of at least two independent psychiatrists supporting his claim that he needs specialist care.
The Ministry of Justice refused to comment when approached by the Daily Mirror.
