Three-legged tiger feasts on buffalo in shock snaps near where man was mauled by three big cats who killed his dogs

A THREE-legged tiger was snapped gorging on a buffalo near where a man was mauled by a pack of big cats.

The startling image shows the tiger with one back leg hopping around in a national park in western Thailand.

The disabled tiger is now believed to be one of three that mauled a local man and sadly killed his two dogs.

The local 46-year old, known only as Wan, was savaged after rounding up his nine buffaloes from the Khao Laem National Park.

Two of his three dogs were killed during the January 28 attack.

According to the Bangkok Post, 20 cameras intended to catch the tiger culprits filmed the three-limbed Indochinese tiger feasting on the carcass.

Niphon Chamnmongsirisak, director of Protected Area Regional Office, which covers the area where the attack happened, said conservationists are keen to capture the tiger.
