Shocking video captures the moment a gunman in a Jeep opens fire into a moving car — fatally striking the driver — along a street in Queens.

The clip, released by cops late Monday, shows the suspect’s dark vehicle driving alongside Dejuan Brown’s Nissan Maxima at the corner of 200th Street and 111th Avenue in Hollis around 8:15 p.m. Sunday.

The gunman, in a white hoodie, leans out the window and opens fire into Brown’s car — before speeding off around the corner.

Brown’s car stops short, then continues on slowly toward the end of the block.

Brown, 24, who cops say was a gang member, was hit multiple times and taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Police sources said nine 9mm shell casings and one fired bullet were recovered from the scene.

Cops are still looking for the suspect.
