A woman with fake breasts shocked planning council members after calling for a ‘Sugar Daddy and Mommy Appreciation Day’ at a meeting about flammable liquids.
Ashley Cream took to the microphone at a local meeting about the bulk storage of flammable liquids during public question time.
However, she began reading out a speech from her phone with a call for ‘Sugar Daddy and Mommy Appreciation Day’ to “celebrate these giving generous Samaritans” on the Friday, March 10.

Cream said: “Sugar Daddies, both gay and straight, and sugar Mommies, are responsible for college educations, cars, homes, rents, jets, birkins, and the occasional body enhancement.”
At which point, Cream rubbed her visibly enlarged breasts and said: “But not me though. I’m all natural.”
Cream was accompanied to the microphone by an elderly man, who she had been seated with throughout the initial meeting.
The woman argued that the day was necessary to acknowledge the population of sugar relationships in areas such as Miami, Palm Beach, and Boca Raton.
“Florida has the largest per capita population of Sugar Daddies in the US,” said Cream.
She also argued that sugar daddies and mommies played a critical role in supporting "our local economy".
The woman who was wearing a blonde wig, fur coat, and sunglasses, also told council members: “Everybody is looking absolute fabulous, a little bit serious but…”

After Cream had spoken she was told that her concerns had been voiced in the wrong meeting.
Planning and Zoning Board chair Arnold Sevell said: “That’s a city council issue.”
In response Cream said: “No, I just really wanted to address this issue here today because I think it’s a very important issue.”
The couple then returned to the man’s wheelchair before leaving the meeting.
It was not confirmed whether the elderly man identified as Ashley's sugar daddy, or if he had funded her mega breast enhancement.
