WWE icon Hulk Hogan wants one more Wrestlemania match against Steve Austin

Controversial wrestling legend Hulk Hogan has hinted at having one more match – and he wants it to be at Wrestlemania.

The 69-year-old hasn't stepped foot into a wrestling ring for a match since teaming with with James Storm and Sting to beat Bobby Roode, Bully Ray and Kurt Angle during a non-televised match for Impact Wrestling in Manchester in 2012.

Since then, he has had a myriad of back surgeries, and had all but retired without openly saying so.

However, he now claims he feels as good as he did at the age of 25, and wants to return to the ring for one final time – against WWE icon Stone Cold Steve Austin

Speaking to The MMA Hour, he said: “Anything's possible.

“The reason I went back to wrestle The Rock (in 2002) was to get in the ring with Stone Cold Steve Austin, because me as a bad guy, as Hollywood Hogan, I could have torn the place down with him.

“So if I had one guy to get in there with, it would be him.

“You'd have to be crazy to get back in there at my age anyway, and I haven't talked to him about anything like that ever.

“So if he would get in the ring, he would be the guy.”

Despite being out of the ring for 11 years, Hogan has kept himself busy.

He recently launched a new health and wellness brand called Carma HoldCo, as the company's Chief Brand Officer.

And this, he said, has helped him feel a lot younger than he actually is.

He told TMZ: “"I always joke about I didn't get the memo that this stuff was 'fake' and after the 10 back surgery and two knees and two hips, it's just a situation of you do get hurt out there all the time.

“I feel better than I've ever felt at 69 years old, I feel like I'm 25 again.”
